Boy Butter Extreme is a desensitizing oil-based lubricant consisting of three powerful yet gentle ingredients. Coconut oil plus an organic silicone, that is slick and totally washes off with water. The third ingredient is Benzocaine, a local anesthetic, at the maximum amount allowed by law, 7.5 percent.

These ingredients are homogenized like real butter and the end result is a personal lubricant that will numb the fun parts and last as long as any synthetic or silicone lubricant.
